We are hard wired for STORIES. Fictional stories and true stories alike. They inspire us, entertain us, teach us, and fill us with hope, sharing ideas and ideals. Did you ever think of yourself as a storyteller?
We all tell stories. Stories about events during the day, week, month and even further back. Sometimes we tell the same stories on repeat. Mostly our stories are looking to fulfil our need to feel connected to others, our need to feel heard – we want people to confirm how we feel and agree with our perspective. One of the most powerful ways of helping you move forward is to help you see yourself as the storyteller. Once you can step outside of the event recall and see yourself as the presenter it can give you an empowered access where you can choose more deliberately how to author it.
#writeanewstory is about clearing the emotional fog and revealing the story or rather the event exactly as it is. It is about supporting you as you decide what chapters you want to keep and what areas need reviewing, then we arm you with tools to create and rewrite as often as you want.
My Mission is to help individuals understand themselves better so that they can understand others better; an increase in understanding in any one individual has no choice but to show up as an expression of increased compassion in the world #writeanewstory is a mission to offer a new narrative for the world - one person and one story at a time.
